Kingsbarns Distillery has released a new permanent single malt Scotch whisky to its range, called Balcomie. The Balcomie is the first in a series of future Kingsbarn releases that will be named after landmarks in and around Fife, where the Distillery is based. The new single malt is named after Balcomie Castle. “Place and heritage is hugely important to us as a company and we’re proud of where we come from, therefore, we’re naming each of our future core range releases after different landmarks in Fife – starting with Balcomie,” William Wemyss, founder and managing director of Kingsbarns Distillery, told the Spirits Business....
