Abstract artist and luxury car designer Rich B. Caliente is auctioning off a hand-painted Porsche 911. Not only will the lucky owner get the colorful Porsche, but an NTF to match. The NFT #RBC9ELEVEN Porsche is said to be the first luxury car of its kind to be sold as a physical automobile and digital artwork. “To me, it’s very important to have something tangible,” Caliente told Robb Report. “So it’s kind of like my twist on an NFT, where you have something that’s a digital capsule, but you also have something that can be enjoyed in real life.” Rich B. The interior also features both men’s signatures embodied into the leather seats, along with the title to Ross’ 2021 album Richer Than I’ve Ever Been, which’s yet to be released. It took the artist two weeks to complete, with the abstract colorway looking like Caliente has thrown paint at the car and somehow created a masterpiece. The auction for the Porsche will run from June 4 – June 14 via Slashdot. Bids will start at $305,911, with the 305 representing Miami’s area code and the 911 standing for the model of Porsche.
