IO Interactive is making sure everyone is pumped for Hitman 3 with the release of a brand new action-packed trailer. The third game in the rebooted series is out tomorrow and is fast firming as one of the must play games of 2021.
The explosive two-and-a-half-minute trailer features never before seen gameplay and cutscenes. The colorful visuals spotlight a raft of new locations you visit in the game, including Dubai, Dartmoor, Berlin, Chongqing, Mendoza, and Romania, along with several new ways Agent 47 carries out assassinations on his chosen targets. I particularly like it when he throws an enemy off the roof. Nice and simple.
Hitman 3 is the final chapter in the World of Assassination trilogy and promises to be a darker, edgier game. The official synopsis states:
The game will feature IO Interactive’s new Glacier engine, with players who own Hitman and Hitman 2 able to import the previous game’s locations into this final title.
The game has been receiving extremely positive reviews, with both GameSpot and IGN giving Hitman 3 a tasty 9/10.
Hitman 3 is out January 20 for the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Google Stadia, and PC. Check out the launch trailer below.
